Finance Executive

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Finance Executive to support our finance department in maintaining accurately financial records whilst ensuring compliance with accounting standards. If you well versed person in numbers, strong attention to detail, and a willing to be part of a successful organization, we would like to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Issuing Sales invoices.
• Assisting and supporting other members within the finance teams in its day-to-day functions, liaising directly with the Finance Manager.
• Following up on amounts due by debtors.
• Posting of Creditor’s Invoices and creditor’s reconciliations.
• Issuing of payments.
• Reconciliation of petty cash.
• Post general journals as necessary.
• Maintaining spreadsheets data, generating reports, statements, and other documents.
• Any other Ad-Hoc tasks as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• Minimum A Level Standard in Accounting. A strong foundation in accounting principles is essential. Candidates in the early stages of pursuing ACCA will be considered an asset.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• High level of English language both spoken and written, preferably also Maltese
• Enthusiastic team player who will make a positive impact on the workplace.
• Able to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
• Able to manage tasks efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.

Salary / Remuneration: depending on personal aptitude and experience
