Role Overview \nThe Finance Executive will oversee the Company’s financial operations, including transaction processing, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can provide accurate financial insights and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
\n\n
\n\t
Accounts Management: Manage the entire accounts payable process, including payments, invoicing, credit control, and follow-up on overdue accounts.
\n\t
Invoice Processing: Ensure all invoices are accurately processed and complete.
\n\t
Reconciliation: Reconcile statements and address any discrepancies promptly.
\n\t
VAT and Budget Support: Assist with VAT submissions and budget preparation.
\n\t
Financial Reporting: Prepare management accounts, deliver financial reports, and provide periodic analysis for different stakeholders.
\n\t
Stakeholder Collaboration: Participate in departmental and management meetings to provide financial insights.
\n\t
Cash Flow Forecasting: Prepare regular cash flow reports and forecasts for management.
\n\t
Audit Assistance: Support the auditing process as required.
\n

Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes
\n\n
\n\t
Education: A’Level in Accounts, AAT qualification, or completion of several ACCA exams, or equivalent.
\n\t
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in an accounting role.
\n\t
Language Skills: Excellent command of English; Maltese language skills are an asset.
\n\t
Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders.
\n\t
Interpersonal Skills: Collaborative approach with effective teamwork capabilities.
\n\t
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software; knowledge of Microsoft Navision and/or Business Central is an advantage.

Organisation: Strong organisational and time-management skills.
\n\t
Self-Motivated: Able to work independently and take initiative.
\n\t
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and conflict-resolution skills with effective decision-making ability.
