An exciting opportunity has opened to join a leading advisory firm recognised for its expertise in corporate finance and financial advisory services. In this role, you will gain hands-on exposure across corporate finance projects, including valuations, feasibility studies, and mergers and acquisition transactions. You’ll work closely with clients on business plans and funding proposals, while developing expertise that few roles in Malta can offer. You’ll also form part of a highly experienced team where training, mentorship, and guidance are central setting you up for success as the firm continues to scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models to support business plans, valuations, and investment decisions.
• Assist with merger and acquisition transactions, including valuations, deal structuring, and due diligence.
• Prepare feasibility studies, funding proposals, and present reports to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

• MQF Level 6 qualification or above in Accountancy, Banking & Finance, Economics, or Management (CFA also considered).
• Previous experience in financial advisory or corporate finance is an asset.
• Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills in Maltese and English.

Salary & Benefits: €35,000 – €45,000 depending on experience, plus: CPE and continuous training opportunities, sponsored daily lunches and comprehensive health plan, gym discounts and hybrid scheme.
