You&#039;ll play a crucial role in maintaining service standards and guest experiences.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;Daily Operations Management&lt;/em&gt;: Oversee day-to-day F&amp;amp;B operations.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;Customer Satisfaction&lt;/em&gt;: Deliver superior service and address customer complaints.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;Quality Assurance&lt;/em&gt;: Review product quality and explore new vendors.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;Event Coordination&lt;/em&gt;: Coordinate F&amp;amp;B operations during events.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;Shift Organisation&lt;/em&gt;: Organise and supervise shifts for the team.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;Revenue Analysis&lt;/em&gt;: Analyse F&amp;amp;B revenue performance to drive sales.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;Regulatory Compliance&lt;/em&gt;: Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;Cost Control&lt;/em&gt;: Control operational costs and identify measures to reduce waste.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;Team Motivation&lt;/em&gt;: Motivate and lead the F&amp;amp;B team to achieve objectives.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;Health &amp;amp; Safety&lt;/em&gt;: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Qualifications, Skills and Attributes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;Customer Service Experience&lt;/em&gt;: Previous experience in customer service.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;F&amp;amp;B Knowledge&lt;/em&gt;: Understanding of food and beverage operations.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;Communication Skills&lt;/em&gt;: Strong written and verbal communication in English.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;IT Proficiency&lt;/em&gt;: Good command of Microsoft Office.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;Management Skills&lt;/em&gt;: Leadership, motivational, and people management abilities.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;Financial Management&lt;/em&gt;: Understanding of financial management principles.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;
