This internship will provide hands-on experience in delivering exceptional service and contributing to the overall guest experience.&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;- Assist in daily food and beverage operations, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.&lt;br&gt;- Support the preparation and presentation of food and beverage items, adhering to quality and safety standards.&lt;br&gt;- Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to maintain an efficient flow of communication and execution during service periods.&lt;br&gt;- Engage with guests to provide information about menu items and promote special offerings, enhancing their dining experience.&lt;br&gt;- Help maintain cleanliness and organization in service areas, including dining rooms, bars, and preparation stations.&lt;br&gt;- Participate in training sessions to improve service techniques and product knowledge.&lt;br&gt;- Assist in inventory management, including stock counts and ordering supplies as necessary.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Skills and Qualifications:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;- Strong passion for the food and beverage industry, with a desire to learn and grow in this field.&lt;br&gt;- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members.&lt;br&gt;- A proactive and positive attitude, demonstrating a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.&lt;br&gt;- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.&lt;br&gt;- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues.&lt;br&gt;- Previous experience in hospitality or food service is a plus but not required; enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are essential.&lt;br&gt;- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Embark on an exciting journey with voco Malta, where you will gain valuable experience and make lasting connections within the hospitality industry.&lt;/p&gt;
