Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and reliable Forklift Driver to join a dynamic warehouse team. This role involves supporting day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring the safe handling of goods, and assisting in maintaining a well-organised storage environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Loading and Unloading: Collaborate with the warehouse team to safely load and unload import and export trailers, ensuring stock is handled correctly and presented neatly.
• Forklift Operation: Operate a forklift efficiently and safely for various warehouse tasks.
• Customer Liaison: Communicate with customers regarding collections, deliveries, and other logistics requirements.
• Stock Management: Ensure goods are stored appropriately, highlight errors or damages, and assist with general warehouse maintenance.
• Support Management: Provide hands-on assistance to the company’s managers with operational and warehouse requirements.

Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes

• Experience: Previous experience in warehouse operations and forklift handling is required.
• Language Skills: Fluent in Maltese and English.
• License: Forklift driving license required. 
• Communication Skills: Able to liaise effectively with colleagues and customers, providing clear updates and support.
• Interpersonal Skills: Well-mannered, enthusiastic, and able to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in operating warehouse machinery and typical office equipment used in stock management.
• Organisation: Ability to maintain an orderly and efficient workspace, prioritising tasks as required.
• Self-Motivated: Driven to deliver high-quality work and support overall warehouse efficiency.
• Problem-Solving: Capable of identifying and addressing operational issues promptly and effectively.
