This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in fraud operations who enjoys building, testing, and continuously improving fraud controls using modern fraud prevention technologies.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;You will work closely with Payments, Compliance, Product, and Development teams to ensure fraud risks are effectively managed while maintaining a smooth customer experience.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;You will:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Own and continuously improve the company&#039;s fraud prevention strategy across all customer and payment journeys.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Design, implement, and optimise fraud detection rules within SEON to minimise fraud while reducing false positives.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Monitor fraud trends, analyse transaction data, and identify emerging fraud patterns.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Develop and maintain fraud strategies covering account takeovers, bonus abuse, payment fraud, multi-accounting, and other fraud risks.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Evaluate the performance of existing fraud rules and recommend improvements based on data and business needs.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Skills &amp;amp; Experience:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Proven experience in fraud strategy, fraud prevention, or fraud operations within iGaming,&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Strong hands-on experience with SEON is essential.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets and make data-driven decisions.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Experience creating, testing, and optimising fraud rules and strategies.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Ability to balance fraud prevention with customer experience and commercial objectives.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Salary / Remuneration &amp;euro;50,000&amp;ndash;&amp;euro;60,000 DOE&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;For more information, contact Nick Lavric confidentially on +356 2601 6658 or email your CV to nick.lavric@accelerate.mt&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I specialise in recruiting within the Gaming Operations space in Malta.
