&lt;p&gt;We are currently seeking to recruit a &lt;strong&gt;FREIGHT COORDINATOR &lt;/strong&gt;to complement our growing team.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;As a &lt;strong&gt;FREIGHT COORDINATOR&lt;/strong&gt;, you would be responsible for coordinating freight movements and bookings.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Communicating with clients and their suppliers to coordinate collection and delivery.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Prepare shipping documents and maintain accurate records.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Communicate effectively with carriers, suppliers, and teams members.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Resolve shipping issues promptly and efficiently.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Qualifications&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong attention to detail and ability to work meticulously to avoid mistakes in documentation and data entry.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A post-secondary level of education or equivalent MDF Level 4 qualifications.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Professional fluency in Maltese and English languages are required.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A limited experience in shipping and logistics is required.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A knowledge of customs documentation would be considered as an asset.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;On job training will be provided to the right candidate.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
