What You’ll Be Doing

• Act as the primary contact for French-speaking clients via phone and email
• Support retail deposits, onboarding, and daily banking platform activities
• Build long-term client relationships through clarity, trust, and problem-solving

What You Bring

• Fluency in French and English (spoken & written)
• Experience in customer service, banking operations, or client-facing roles
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confidence working independently in a structured environment

Salary & Benefits
