You'll play a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy an electrifying, fun, and safe environment. From greeting visitors to managing food orders, you'll be a friendly face that enhances every guest interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests warmly and enthusiastically upon arrival.
  • Monitor guest behaviour to ensure safety and enforce facility rules in a professional manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining, seating, and entertainment areas.
  • Support team members as needed, contributing to a positive and collaborative work culture.
  • Address customer queries and concerns promptly and courteously.
  • Monitor for disruptive behaviour or misuse of equipment, and act appropriately when needed.
  • Answer customer questions clearly or refer them to the appropriate team member.
  • Communicate effectively with guests to understand and meet their needs.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately using tablets.
  • Process payments using EPOS systems.
  • Upsell menu items and promote offers to enhance guest satisfaction and boost sales.
  • Ensure all food handling complies with safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate service.
  • Assist with opening/closing duties, including setting up and cleaning down areas.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including uniform and grooming standards.
  • Strive to exceed guest expectations with every interaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous experience in customer service (preferably in food & beverage or hospitality).
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with a strong customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail, especially regarding cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Experience in food and beverage service is a plus.
  • Food Handling Certificate
