&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What will you be doing?&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We have an exciting opportunity for a full time &lt;strong&gt;Logistics Coordinator&lt;/strong&gt; to join our team in &lt;strong&gt;Malta&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Duties will include:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;o 1ST Contact with Supplier&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;o Calls to suppliers and updating client on Pending shipments&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;o Making sure all Bookings and info inputted are correct&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;o Make sure that FAST LANE clients and suppliers are given priority&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;o Making sure that Booking Teams chats are answered in due time by team- Pending sales Folder&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;o Take over tasks from absent members&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;o Supporting Team Leader and Team Manager where needed&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Who are we looking for?&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;An enthusiastic individual that is &lt;strong&gt;highly organised&lt;/strong&gt;. Training will be provided but experience in the Freight Forwarding and Logistics industry would be considered an asset.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You must have good written and verbal&lt;strong&gt; Italian&lt;/strong&gt;. You deem yourself having adequate skills in computer systems including the use of Microsoft Office suite, especially Outlook, Teams, and Excel.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The most important characteristics about you is that you are &lt;strong&gt;motivated, a team-player, customer-obsessed &amp;amp; &lt;/strong&gt;having a&lt;strong&gt; hands-on &lt;/strong&gt;attitude.&lt;/p&gt;
