&lt;p&gt;Seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to support day-to-day operational tasks in a fast-paced onsite environment. This role is ideal for entry-level candidates looking to gain experience in general labour and warehouse/production tasks.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Manual handling and lifting:&lt;/strong&gt; Load and unload materials, move goods within the site using correct lifting techniques.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Packing and sorting:&lt;/strong&gt; Assemble, pack, label, and sort items according to instructions and quality standards.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Basic machine/hand tool operation:&lt;/strong&gt; Assist with simple mechanical tasks and operate hand tools or light equipment under supervision.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Site maintenance:&lt;/strong&gt; Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe; perform basic janitorial duties as required.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Quality checks:&lt;/strong&gt; Inspect products/packages for damage or defects and report issues to supervisors.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Inventory assistance:&lt;/strong&gt; Support stock counts, receive deliveries, and update simple inventory records.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Team support:&lt;/strong&gt; Follow directions from supervisors, collaborate with colleagues, and assist where needed across shifts.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Adherence to safety procedures:&lt;/strong&gt; Follow workplace health and safety rules, use PPE, and report hazards or incidents promptly.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Skills and Qualifications&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Minimum experience:&lt;/strong&gt; Entry-level; previous manual labour, warehouse, or construction experience is an advantage but not required.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Physical fitness:&lt;/strong&gt; Ability to stand for long periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift moderate weights safely.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;English:&lt;/strong&gt; Elementary proficiency in English sufficient for following instructions and basic communication.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Reliability:&lt;/strong&gt; Punctuality, strong work ethic, and willingness to work flexible hours/shifts as required.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Attention to detail:&lt;/strong&gt; Basic quality awareness and ability to follow packing/instructional procedures accurately.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Teamwork:&lt;/strong&gt; Cooperative attitude, ability to take direction, and work well within a team.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Compliance:&lt;/strong&gt; Willingness to learn and follow site-specific health &amp;amp; safety protocols.&lt;/p&gt;
