&lt;p&gt;Plaza Regency Hotels, ideally situated along Sliema’s scenic promenade, offers guests a comfortable and enjoyable stay with stunning sea views. To maintain our high standards, we are looking for a General Maintenance Worker to join our team and assist with the upkeep of our hotel facilities.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;✔️ Conduct routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections of hotel facilities, including plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC units.&lt;br&gt; ✔️ Troubleshoot and resolve minor maintenance issues efficiently to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for guests and staff.&lt;br&gt; ✔️ Carry out painting, carpentry, and general repair work as required.&lt;br&gt; ✔️ Respond to urgent maintenance requests in a timely manner.&lt;br&gt; ✔️ Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.&lt;br&gt; ✔️ Follow health and safety regulations and ensure compliance with hotel standards.&lt;br&gt; ✔️ Assist in setting up and maintaining fixtures, furniture, and hotel amenities.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What We’re Looking For:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;🔹 Previous experience in a maintenance, handyman, or similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.&lt;br&gt; 🔹 Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.&lt;br&gt; 🔹 Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.&lt;br&gt; 🔹 A proactive and hands-on approach to maintenance tasks.&lt;br&gt; 🔹 Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.&lt;br&gt; 🔹 Good communication skills and a team-player attitude.&lt;br&gt; 🔹 Knowledge of health and safety procedures is an asset.&lt;/p&gt;
