We are seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to oversee all operations of Cynergi Health & Fitness Centre. The GM will be responsible for leading our team, ensuring the highest standards of service, and driving the business to achieve financial goals. You will manage day-to-day operations, including staff management, member satisfaction, marketing initiatives, and financial oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of fitness professionals, personal trainers, and support staff.
- Recruit, train, and manage staff performance.
- Ensure smooth daily operations, including facility maintenance and cleanliness.
- Manage membership sales, retention, and customer service excellence.
- Oversee scheduling, inventory, and ordering of supplies.
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive membership growth.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgets, revenue, and expenses.
- Analyze sales data and create reports to present to Senior Management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns.
- Plan events, promotions, and partnerships to engage the local community.
Skills and experience required:
- Proven experience in a senior management role within the fitness, wellness, or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Experience in sales, financial planning, and budget management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for fitness, wellness, and customer service.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive business decisions.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a fitness facility.
- Certification in personal training or fitness instruction, would be considered an asset.
