&lt;p&gt;Quinco Holdings plc is seeking a commercially minded and hands-on Group Cost Controller to support its restaurant, catering and FMCG businesses.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This is an operational finance role focused on protecting stock, cash and margins through strong cost controls, independent reviews, data analysis and regular site visits. The successful candidate will work closely with management teams across the Group to identify opportunities, investigate variances and drive continuous improvement.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Manage and strengthen stock control processes across restaurants, catering operations, stores and warehouses.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Monitor and investigate stock variances, wastage, shrinkage and inventory discrepancies.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Conduct regular site visits and independent operational checks across Group locations.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Review cash controls, discounts, voids, refunds and other exceptional transactions.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Analyse food, beverage and product costs, gross margins and operational performance.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Prepare weekly and monthly management reports, dashboards and KPI analysis.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend actions to improve profitability.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Support management in strengthening internal controls and reducing operational risks.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Coordinate mystery shopping and compliance review programmes.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Work closely with operational teams to improve efficiency, accountability and business performance.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Candidate Profile&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The ideal candidate will:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Be highly organised, detail-oriented and commercially aware.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Be comfortable working independently and challenging unexplained variances constructively.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Have experience in working either in catering, F&amp;amp;B, or FMCG,&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Experience in cost control, stock management, operations or audit within hospitality, catering, retail or FMCG environments will be considered as an asset.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Have strong Excel and reporting skills; experience with Power BI is not required but would be an advantage.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Hold a valid driving licence and be willing to travel regularly between Group locations.&lt;/li&gt;
