&lt;p&gt;Grands Suites Hotel is seeking a reliable and skilled &lt;strong&gt;Handyman&lt;/strong&gt; to join our Maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of repair and maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation, safety, and comfort of the property.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance across hotel facilities (e.g. plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, A/C).&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and departments.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Keep maintenance records and report issues to the Maintenance Supervisor.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ensure tools, equipment, and maintenance areas are well-organised and functional.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Support daily maintenance tasks such as pool checks, lighting repairs, and general facility upkeep.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Maintain safety and hygiene standards in all tasks.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure service excellence.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requirements:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Previous experience in general maintenance or handyman work, preferably in a hotel or similar setting.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, air conditioning, and carpentry.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Able to work independently and take initiative.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Physically fit and comfortable performing manual tasks (lifting, climbing, confined spaces).&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Good communication and organisational skills.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Familiar with safety procedures and use of maintenance tools.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to use Microsoft Office applications is an advantage.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.&lt;/li&gt;
