Handyperson

We're looking for a proactive and dependable Handyperson who takes pride in solving problems and keeping things running smoothly. In this hands-on role, you'll play an important part in maintaining our premises and creating a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for employees and visitors alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out basic general maintenance works
• Assist with the overall upkeep of the premises, including painting, replacing light fixtures, furniture movement, and landscape/plant maintenance
• Carry out maintenance in cold rooms, such as, ice removal, drain maintenance, and cleaning of equipment
• Maintain and upkeep rooftop areas
• Ensure regular cleaning and maintenance of company-owned PV solar panels
• Perform maintenance on chiller equipment
• Assist with maintenance of in-house machinery when required
• Assist with any other maintenance related jobs

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year experience in maintenance or a similar role
• Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment
• Good verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• A proactive team player with a positive attitude
