In this pivotal role, you will lead and coordinate various projects to boost efficiency and effectiveness at the core of the operations function. This position offers the perfect setting to deepen your expertise while advancing your career within a flourishing organization.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;As a Head of Operations, you will manage the Operations and Managed Services Division, including both dedicated and shared Customer Support, RG &amp;amp; AML, Risk &amp;amp; Fraud, and Payments Departments. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and customer service, to ensure seamless project execution.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;You will:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Manage the Operations and Managed Services Division, including both dedicated and shared&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Customer Support, RG &amp;amp; AML, Risk &amp;amp; Fraud, and Payments Departments.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Ensure that each department meets company and partner objectives and KPIs.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Skills/Experience&lt;/strong&gt;:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;3+ years of Senior iGaming Operational Management with a strong knowledge of Risk, Fraud, RG, AML, and Compliance.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Experience in managing a mid-size team and making strategic business decisions.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Service-oriented with a clear focus on customer success.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Analytical with a strong grasp of financial and operational KPI metrics and reporting.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Salary / Remuneration: &amp;euro;80,000 &amp;ndash; &amp;euro;100,000 DOE&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;For more information, contact Nick Lavric confidentially at + 356 2601 6658 or email your CV to nick.lavric@accelerate.mt.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I specialize in recruiting for the iGaming Operations sector in Malta.
