&lt;p&gt;B&amp;amp;B Construction Ltd, trusted in Malta&#039;s construction industry for over 40 years, is looking for a Head of Sales and Business Development to grow our customer base, build lasting relationships with contractors, developers, architects and engineers, and shape the commercial future of our business.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;What you&#039;ll be doing:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;* Leading the company&#039;s sales and marketing strategy&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;* Building relationships with contractors, developers, architects, engineers and consultants&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;* Managing key accounts and identifying new business opportunities&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;* Working closely with our production and technical teams to deliver successfully on every proposal&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;* Prepare, lead and deliver product presentations, proposals and commercial offers.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;* Work closely with the Accounts Department to monitor customer accounts.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;* Maintain accurate sales forecasts and report regularly on performance against agreed targets.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;What we&#039;re looking for:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;* A technical qualification in engineering, construction, architecture, or quantity surveying (mandatory)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;* Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally within construction or building materials&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;* Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with the confidence to lead conversations with industry professionals&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;* Fluency in English and Maltese&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;* Valid driving licence&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;* Established knowledge of and network within the Maltese construction industry (mandatory)&lt;/p&gt;
