B&B Construction Ltd is looking for an ambitious, commercially driven Head of Sales & Business Development to take ownership of our sales growth and help shape the next stage of our business.
This is a role for someone who understands that successful construction sales are about much more than selling a product.
You will combine 🔧 technical construction knowledge, 💼 commercial thinking and 🤝 strong industry relationships to identify opportunities, win projects and build long-term partnerships across Malta's construction sector.
You will work directly with contractors, developers, architects, engineers, quantity surveyors and consultants — understanding what they need, identifying the right solution and turning opportunities into profitable, sustainable business.

Essential
- A technical qualification in engineering, construction, architecture, quantity surveying or a related field.
- Established knowledge of the Maltese construction industry and an existing professional network within the sector.
- Fluency in Maltese and English and a valid driving licence.
💰 €50,000–€70,000 per annum + benefits| Full-Time
