&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;em&gt;Providing advanced training&lt;/em&gt;: Deliver advanced training sessions to housekeeping staff to maintain consistently high-performance levels.&lt;br&gt;&lt;em&gt;Assigning daily duties&lt;/em&gt;: Strategically allocate daily tasks to team members to enhance operational efficiency.&lt;br&gt;&lt;em&gt;Managing shift schedules&lt;/em&gt;: Develop and oversee shift schedules, ensuring seamless operations even in the absence of staff members.&lt;br&gt;&lt;em&gt;Conducting routine inspections&lt;/em&gt;: Perform regular inspections of rooms and public areas to uphold our Client&#039;s standards.&lt;br&gt;&lt;em&gt;Coordinating with other departments&lt;/em&gt;: Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall operational synergy.&lt;br&gt;&lt;em&gt;Planning and supervising projects&lt;/em&gt;: Oversee deep cleaning initiatives and other specialized projects.&lt;br&gt;&lt;em&gt;Servicing housekeeping equipment&lt;/em&gt;: Maintain housekeeping equipment and ensure adequate supply stocking.&lt;br&gt;&lt;em&gt;Administering daily tasks&lt;/em&gt;: Oversee daily administrative duties to maintain organisational efficiency.&lt;br&gt;&lt;em&gt;Addressing guest complaints&lt;/em&gt;: Monitor and address guest complaints promptly, implementing corrective measures as necessary.&lt;br&gt;&lt;em&gt;Ensuring compliance with safety protocols&lt;/em&gt;: Enforce strict compliance with safety protocols and cleaning standards.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Qualifications, Skills and Attributes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;em&gt;Substantial supervisory experience&lt;/em&gt;: Demonstrated experience in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality sector.&lt;br&gt;&lt;em&gt;Attention to detail&lt;/em&gt;: Meticulous approach to tasks with keen attention to detail.&lt;br&gt;&lt;em&gt;Strong interpersonal skills&lt;/em&gt;: Excellent team player with superior interpersonal skills.&lt;br&gt;&lt;em&gt;Organisational skills&lt;/em&gt;: Well-organised individual with superior time management abilities.&lt;br&gt;&lt;em&gt;Adaptability&lt;/em&gt;: Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a flexible attitude towards working patterns.&lt;/p&gt;
