HR Manager

Quinco Holdings is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function across our expanding group of companies, including Food Chain and Quintano Foods.

This is a strategic and hands-on role for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality and food production environment. You will play a key role in attracting, developing, and retaining talent while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and supporting operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Group's HR strategy in line with business objectives.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.
• Support managers across all restaurant locations and Quintano Foods on HR matters and best practices.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary procedures, grievances, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with Maltese employment legislation, company policies, and HR best practices.
• Oversee workforce planning, succession planning, and talent retention strategies.
• Develop and review HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
• Coordinate training and development programmes across the Group.
• Monitor HR metrics and provide reports and recommendations to senior management.
• Negotiate Collective Agreements.
• Work closely with all departments within the Group.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years' HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Previous experience within hospitality, QSR industry or FMCG is considered an asset.
• Strong knowledge of Maltese employment legislation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple sites and build strong relationships with operational teams.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in English; Maltese is considered an asset.
