HVAC & Maintenance Technician

We're expanding our Maintenance Team and looking for a skilled, motivated HVAC & Maintenance Technician to join us. As our property portfolio grows, we need a reliable hands-on professional who can help keep our HVAC systems and building infrastructure running smoothly. 

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in HVAC and maintenance work
• Good knowledge of AHUs, FCUs, Hi-Wall units, and other air conditioning systems
• Experience troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing HVAC equipment
• Basic knowledge of general maintenance work, including electrical, plumbing, and minor building repairs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude, motivated, and willing to learn
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license preferred (if travel between sites is required)
• Relevant trade certification/qualification is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems
• Perform inspections, fault finding, and repairs on air conditioning equipment
• Support general maintenance activities across company properties
• Ensure all work is carried out safely and to a high standard
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to complete daily tasks and the Planned Maintenance Program (PMP)
• Keep accurate records of work carried out, parts used, and equipment condition
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency call-outs as needed
