HireHound Recruitment is currently seeking to employ a highly motivated person to join our client's team as an HVAC Technical Sales Executive, reporting to the HVAC Sales and Operations Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a strong client relationship whilst understanding their technical needs and providing tailored solutions;
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid technical knowledge to prospective customers;
- Liaise with suppliers regarding technical data and back up on the designated product range;
- Submit purchase orders for designated product range;
- Prepare sales contracts and invoice clients accordingly;
- Provide technical assistance to clients as necessary;
- Follow up delivery to ensure the total satisfaction of the client;
- Assist in the formulation of action plans to enhance sales and profitability;
- Keep updated on market conditions and product range.
Requirements:
- Have a technical background and experience working in a similar environment;
- Be fluent in Maltese and English;
- Have a good level of education;
- Be self-motivated and willing to learn;
- Be in possession of a clean driving licence.
