Trident Park is a vibrant green office campus that hosts a variety of dynamic businesses, located in the Central Business District in Mriehel. They are currently seeking to recruit an HVAC Technician to join their team.
The chosen candidate will be responsible for the inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of HVAC systems throughout the campus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnosing faults and performing regular tests on HVAC systems and associated BMS equipment.
- Installing, maintaining and troubleshooting:
- Fan Coil Units (FCUs)
- Air Handling Units (AHUs)
- Chillers
- Pumps
- Associated controls, valves, pipework, and ventilation equipment.
- Monitoring plant performance and reporting any abnormalities or potential failures.
- Responding promptly to reactive maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.
- Carrying out preventive maintenance (PPM) on HVAC equipment.
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and in accordance with company procedures and applicable regulations.
- Maintaining accurate maintenance records and complete job reports.
- Working closely with colleagues and contractors to ensure the efficient operation of building services.
- Maintaining good housekeeping standards in plant rooms and work areas.
- Supporting other maintenance activities within the Facilities team when required.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience working with commercial HVAC systems. Experience working in commercial buildings, office complexes or facilities management environments is considered an asset.
- A relevant HVAC, Mechanical Engineering or Building Services qualification or trade certification is desirable.
- Good knowledge of FCUs, AHUs, chillers, pumps and HVAC controls and associated mechanical equipment.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical faults efficiently.
- Good understanding of preventive maintenance practices.
- Flexible approach to working hours and responsibilities when operational needs require.
- Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Electrical fault-finding experience would be considered an asset.
