&lt;p&gt;As the Infrastructure Projects Team Leader, you will manage the onboarding and growth of the Managed Clients&#039; internal infrastructure and security. You will oversee technical projects to ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of clients&#039; information systems and networks.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Lead the engineering and implementation of technology projects for customers based on our Client&#039;s&amp;nbsp;strategic services.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Provide preventive maintenance and service enhancements to customers&#039; managed environments.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Develop project requirements and work schedules, delegating tasks to achieve team and company goals.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Liaise with team members, management, and clients to ensure project completion to standard.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Build strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Maintain and update customer documentation and consulting services.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Conduct performance reviews for team members and empower them with skills for improvement.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Support commercial activities in collaboration with the company&#039;s&amp;nbsp;commercial team.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Proactively seek ways to enhance efficiency, reliability, and security through technology.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Participate in research and implementation of new technology initiatives aligned withm our Client&#039;s offerings.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;﻿&lt;strong&gt;Skills, Competencies and Experience&lt;/strong&gt;﻿﻿&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Bachelor&#039;s degree in computer science or related field.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;4 years of IT-related experience, preferably with certifications like Azure Administration or Microsoft Security Administration.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Strong technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Aptitude for leadership and strong organisational abilities.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Passion for customer satisfaction and building strong relationships.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Open-mindedness, self-motivation, and a drive for continuous learning.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Alignment with core values of a can-do attitude, continuous learning, and success-driven mindset.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;
