Key Responsibilities

• Greet and support clients in a professional and welcoming way
• Register and assist with insurance claims, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Provide clear updates and guidance to clients throughout their journey

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, reception, or administration (insurance experience is a plus, not a must)
• Strong communication skills in Maltese and English
• Confident with Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems

Salary: Competitive salary €22,000–25,000 depending on experience, health and life insurance, performance bonus, and canteen allowance
