An exciting opportunity has opened to join a well-established insurance company that is continuing to expand. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with receptionist or front desk experience who is looking to step into the insurance industry and build a long-term career.

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, making a real impact on their customer experience while learning the fundamentals of claims handling. You will gain hands-on exposure to the insurance sector, giving you practical knowledge that will set you up for long-term career growth. At the same time, you’ll benefit from structured training and mentorship, ensuring you have all the tools to succeed and progress within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients at the front desk in a professional and friendly manner.
• Register and process insurance claims.
• Provide updates and guidance to clients throughout the claims process.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or administration (insurance experience is a plus but not required).
• Strong communication skills in Maltese and English.
• Good computer skills, including MS Office.

Salary & Benefits: 22,000-25,000 depending on experience, plus health and life insurance, canteen allowance and performance bonus.
