&lt;p&gt;We&#039;re expanding our team of dedicated sports traders and are in search of a dynamic individual to take on the role of International Horse Racing Trader. You&#039;ll be part of an energetic team of 11 professionals, working collaboratively to manage and trade in the exhilarating world of international horse racing.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The Role:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Compile pre-match odds for all Scandinavian Trotting markets and actively trade those markets.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Oversee the horse racing process throughout the event cycle.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Monitor incoming bets and manually review bet requests.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Efficiently settle markets post-events.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Manage risk and perform detailed client analysis.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Provide second-line support to our Customer Service team, ensuring a seamless betting experience for our clients.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requirements?&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Applicant must be Malta-based or willing to reallocate.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Extensive knowledge of horse racing and familiarity with bookmaking theory.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Fluency in English&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fluency in Swedish or Danish is crucial&lt;/strong&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Experience in providing second-line customer support.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to collaborate effectively with the branding team.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A background in mathematics or statistics is desirable.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong numerical ability regarding probability and risk distribution&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;At least 2 years of experience in sports betting.&lt;/li&gt;
