An exciting opportunity has opened to join a leading investment firm at the centre of Malta’s financial services sector. As a Finance Operations Associate, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations from settlements and reconciliations to corporate actions and trade support. You’ll gain exposure to bonds, equities, ETFs, and other global instruments, developing the technical foundation and market insight that will set you apart in the finance industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely execution of daily investment operations.
• Support stockbroking and capital markets activity across multiple asset classes.
• Provide operational support to institutional, pension, and trust clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Economics.
• Strong attention to detail and a genuine interest in investment products.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Salary & Benefits: €26,000 - €35,000 per annum, plus: Health insurance and wellness allowances structured learning and mentorship, professional and collaborative work culture.
