The company is seeking an experienced IT Service Engineer to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing top-notch IT support and solutions to our Client's diverse clientele. \n

Key Responsibilities
\n\n
\n\t
IT Support: Provide expert IT support and troubleshooting to clients, both remotely and on-site.
\n\t
System Installation & Configuration: Install, configure, and maintain Linux, Cisco firmware, VLANs, VPNs, and Microsoft systems.
\n\t
Database Management: Manage and optimize databases to ensure efficient performance.
\n\t
Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver exceptional service to clients.
\n\t
Service Standards: Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
\n
\n\n
Qualifications, Skills and Attributes
\n\n
\n\t
Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in an IT service company.
\n\t
Linux Proficiency: Proficiency or certification in Linux.
\n\t
Cisco Certification: CCNA/CCNP certification or relevant experience with Cisco firmware, VLANs, and VPNs.
\n\t
Microsoft Certification: Microsoft certification or demonstrable experience.
Flexibility: Ability to work flexibly both on-site and in-office.
\n\t
Teamwork & Communication: Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
\n

Assessment Process
\n\n
\n\t
Technical Test: Candidates will undergo a hands-on technical test. This will involve setting up and configuring the components that they are knowledgeable about from the following list:\n\n\t

Configure Cisco ASA (Firepower 1010)
\n\t\t
Set up Hyper-V
\n\t\t
Install and configure Windows Server
\n\t\t
Set up a Domain Controller (DC)
\n\t\t
Configure a client machine
\n\t
\n\t
\n\t
Based on the result from this test, the candidate will be considered for 1st Tier Support, 2nd Tier Support, or Engineer roles respectively.
