&lt;p&gt;The company is seeking an experienced IT Service Engineer to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing top-notch IT support and solutions to our Client&#039;s diverse clientele.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Provide expert IT support and troubleshooting to clients, both remotely and on-site.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Install, configure, and maintain Linux, Cisco firmware, VLANs, VPNs, and Microsoft systems.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Manage and optimize databases to ensure efficient performance.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver exceptional service to clients.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Qualifications, Skills and Attributes&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;5 to 10 years of experience in an IT service company.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Proficiency or certification in Linux.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;CCNA/CCNP certification or relevant experience with Cisco firmware, VLANs, and VPNs.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Microsoft certification or demonstrable experience.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Strong database management skills.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Ability to work flexibly both on-site and in-office.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Excellent teamwork and communication skills.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;
