&lt;p&gt;The Junior Brand Manager role is designed to support the Brand Manager in executing brand strategies and key initiatives. This position plays a crucial role in assisting with the planning and execution of marketing activities across various channels.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;Strategy Support&lt;/em&gt;:&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Assist the Brand Manager in developing and implementing brand strategies to drive growth in volume and revenue.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Support in delivering selected initiatives to the market through internal requests, presentations, and kits.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;Communication and Media Actions&lt;/em&gt;:&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Aid in planning and executing communications and media actions across all channels, including online and social media.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Perform assigned tasks to support brand communication efforts.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;Budget Planning and Tracking&lt;/em&gt;:&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Assist in planning and tracking the marketing budget in accordance with outlined processes and procedures.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;Brand Development&lt;/em&gt;:&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Support the Brand Manager in developing Objectives, Budgets, Plans, Programs, and Controls for the brand through assigned tasks.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requirements&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Experience in the FMCG sector is required.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Strong understanding of marketing principles and brand management.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;
