Bonnici Insurance Agency has been serving the local market for over 35 years. They are looking for a Junior Executive to join their Motor and Personal Lines team. Key Responsibilities:
- The role involves dealing with clients and prospective clients.
- Handling telephone calls, following up enquiries and supporting the company’s daily operation (preparing and securing quotations and renewals).
The Ideal Candidate will:
- Be smart, efficient and well-organised.
- Have a sociable personality with a strong commitment to client service and a flair for sales.
- Possess excellent telephone manners and communicate clearly in English, with Maltese considered an asset.
- Work well independently and as part of a team.
- Have an O-level standard of education.
- Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Possess a clean police conduct.
Additional Requirements:
- Previous experience in administration is a requirement.
- Experience in insurance will be considered an asset, however on-the-job training will be provided.
