Key Responsibilities

• Assist in responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer use.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to learning.
• Proficient in Maltese and English

Salary & Benefits: €20,000 – 25,000 Competitive depending on experience, plus: health and life insurance, canteen allowance and performance bonus.
