An exciting opportunity has opened to join a well-established insurance brokerage known for its strong reputation, loyal client base, and commitment to developing talent from within. This role is designed for someone who wants more than routine administration it’s for someone who wants to build a real career in insurance broking.

As a Junior Insurance Broker, you’ll be immersed in the core of the business from day one. Working alongside senior brokers, you’ll support client portfolios end-to-end from preparing quotations and managing renewals to liaising with insurers and understanding how risks are assessed, priced, and placed. This is where you start learning how insurance really works.

Key Responsibilities

• Support senior brokers with quotations, renewals, endorsements, and policy placements
• Liaise with clients and insurers to ensure smooth, accurate service delivery
• Maintain compliant, well-organized client and policy documentation
• Assist with day-to-day broking operations and portfolio support

Your Profile

• Fluent in Maltese and English
• O-Level education (insurance, business, or related studies are an asset)
• Previous experience in insurance, administration, or customer service is an advantage
• Organized, detail-oriented, and genuinely interested in building a career in insurance

Salary & Benefits

€22,000 – €29,000 per annum (depending on experience), plus: Performance-related bonus, structured on-the-job learning and mentorship, clear progression pathway into a Broker role, hybrid working and health insurance.
