An opportunity has opened for a Junior Operations Officer to join a growing financial services and payments environment operating within a regulated framework. This role is ideal for someone analytical, detail-driven, and eager to build a long-term career within payments, fintech, and banking operations.

In this position, you’ll support the daily movement of funds across multiple payment channels and currencies, ensuring transactions, settlements, and reconciliations are processed accurately and efficiently. You’ll gain direct exposure to payment schemes including SEPA, SWIFT, card transactions, and instant payments while working closely with banking partners, payment providers, and internal systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and process incoming and outgoing payments across multiple channels
• Perform daily reconciliations between payment systems, banks, and internal ledgers
• Investigate and resolve settlement breaks or transaction discrepancies
• Support payment scheme operations including SEPA, SWIFT, and card settlements
• Assist with operational reporting, system monitoring, and workflow improvements
• Work closely with banks, payment providers, and internal stakeholders

Your Profile

• 1 years experience within operations, payments, or financial services
• Exposure to reconciliations, banking systems, or payment platforms is an advantage
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail
• Interest in fintech, digital payments, and financial infrastructure
• Familiarity with SEPA or SWIFT

Salary / Remuneration: EUR 24,000 – 28,000 DOE
