A fast-growing iGaming provider experiencing strong international success is looking to hire Junior B2B Account Managers to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales-driven individual who wants to start their career on the right foot in the iGaming industry.

No prior iGaming experience is required, sales experience and the right attitude are what matter most. You’ll be joining a dynamic, startup-style environment where initiative, accountability, and strong communication are highly valued. If you’re sharp, motivated, and ready to grow fast, this is the place to do it.

You will;

• Build, manage, and grow B2B relationships with affiliate and operator partners
• Support account performance and assist with onboarding and day-to-day account management
• Act as a key point of contact, ensuring clear communication and strong partner satisfaction
• Participate in industry events and meetings when required

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills, sales-oriented, reliable, and highly motivated
• Fluent English is mandatory and Spanish or Portuguese is a huge advantage
• Startup mentality with a “can-do” / hands-on attitude
• Based in Malta and open to applicants requiring a work permit.

Salary & Package:€30,000 – €35,000 gross + Performance-Based Bonus
