You will join a specialised Technical Compliance team, working alongside experienced professionals across technology, compliance and regulatory oversight, allowing you to learn from subject-matter experts and develop a strong understanding of how technology, risk and regulation come together in practice.

The role involves reviewing technical applications and documentation, assessing systems and information security controls, supporting compliance and system audits, and identifying and following up on areas of risk or non-compliance, giving you hands-on experience across IT compliance, audit and regulatory assessment. You will also work with internal teams and Authorised Persons, enabling you to develop your analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills in a practical regulatory setting.

You will:

• Review licensing applications and technical documentation for regulatory compliance
• Support audits, inspections, system reviews, and post-licensing compliance
• Identify and follow up on breaches, risks, and required corrective actions
• Prepare reports, liaise with stakeholders, and support regulatory activities

Skills /Experience:

• Academic background in IT, Information Systems, Business, Finance, Accounting or similar, with willingness to pursue IT audit certification such as CISA
• Strong interest in the IT sector
• Ability to identify risks and present clear recommendations

Salary / Remuneration: €35,000 - €40,000 (Depending on Experience) + equity grant and attractive benefits package.
