&lt;p&gt;As a Junior Trader you will be part of the B2B sportsbook team. To further expand our presence in our B2B markets, the role involves creating tailored odds for the Turkish Market core sports, monitor risk on said markets and be updated on local Turkish sports news.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;&lt;strong&gt;A flavour of what you&#039;ll be doing&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;p&gt;•&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Responsible for Pre-match/Live odds focusing mainly on the Turkish core sports but will be required to assist with other sports when needed.&lt;br&gt;• &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Monitor market prices and manage liabilities&lt;br&gt;• &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Assist in developing the Turkish product through new, unique markets and ensuring a very competitive offer&lt;br&gt;• &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Customer management and profiling&lt;br&gt;• &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Effective error reporting&lt;br&gt;• &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Be comfortable working with automated trading tools&lt;br&gt;• &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Research areas of expertise and offer PR type odds when requested&lt;br&gt;• &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Establish strong relationship with the sports team&lt;br&gt;• &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Ensure all deadlines are met&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;&lt;strong&gt;You&#039;re good at&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Good understanding of sportsbook product and a passion for sports in general.&lt;br&gt;• &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Comprehension of sports odds.&lt;br&gt;• &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Good mathematical ability including basic understanding of statistics and probabilities.&lt;br&gt;• &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office.&lt;br&gt;• &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Be able to think quickly and work under pressure with minimal supervision&lt;br&gt;• &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Excellent communication, organisational, teamwork and interpersonal skills&lt;br&gt;• &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Turkish local sports knowledge and passion for sports&lt;br&gt;• &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Fluency in English and Turkish is a must.&lt;/p&gt;
