This is an opportunity to provide tailored legal services to international clients across various practice areas.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Role Overview&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;As a Lawyer in the Financial Services team, you will advise clients on corporate, banking, regulatory, finance, and transactional matters. You will assist with licensing and ongoing compliance obligations for regulated entities, including collective investment schemes and investment firms.
