Our client is seeking highly motivated lawyers to join its Tax & Immigration Law Department. This is an opportunity to provide personalised legal services to corporate and private clients, focusing on immigration matters and assisting clients wishing to relocate to Malta.

Role Overview

As a member of the Tax & Immigration Law Department, you will offer legal advice and guidance to clients on various immigration matters. Your main focus will include advising clients on relocation routes to Malta, assisting with residence permits, visas, work permits, citizenship applications, and more. You will work collaboratively within a larger team to provide legal and practical support to clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on immigration matters, including relocation to Malta.
• Assist clients with applications for residence permits, visas, work permits, citizenship, and other immigration-related matters.
• Work collaboratively within a larger team to meet client needs effectively.
• Uphold the firm's standards of excellence and professionalism in all client interactions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Final year LL.M students or fully qualified lawyers are preferred.
• Lawyers with experience in immigration or private client matters are encouraged to apply.
• Strong academic background and a commitment to excellence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team environment.
