This is an opportunity to join an established financial institution with an international corporate presence, providing you with the chance to expand your regulatory knowledge, gain insight into the financial services industry and develop your professional experience within a dedicated Legal & Compliance function. You will become part of a small, approachable team of experienced professionals, offering you the opportunity to learn from established colleagues, exchange knowledge and contribute directly to a variety of legal and compliance matters.

The position covers a diverse range of regulatory and governance activities within a regulated financial institution, allowing you to develop a broader understanding of the regulatory landscape and its practical application within a business. You will interpret MFSA requirements, assist with regulatory filings and submissions, review policies and procedures, and contribute to ongoing compliance monitoring, giving you valuable hands-on experience, the opportunity to develop your technical capabilities, and greater involvement in managing regulatory obligations.

You will:

• Contribute to the ongoing development and maintenance of the company's compliance framework by reviewing internal policies, procedures and controls
• Assist with regulatory filings, licence applications and approval procedures, including liaising with the MFSA where required and following up on ongoing regulatory commitments

Skills / Experience:

• + 2 years of experience in regulatory compliance, AML/CFT, legal or a related position

Salary / Remuneration: €35,000 - €45,000 (Depending on Experience) + Flexible Hours, parking, performance bonus
