&lt;p&gt;Join one of the most successful and fast-growing real estate offices on the island, based in the heart of Sliema. We are looking for an experienced and driven Letting Manager to lead, develop, and scale a high-performing team.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Key responsabilities&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;⁠Lead and manage the letting team to achieve and exceed targets&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Recruit, onboard, and train new agents to a high professional standard&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Develop structured training programs (academy, onboarding, continuous development)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Provide daily coaching and hands-on support, especially with new agents&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;⁠Conduct regular 1-to-1 meetings and performance reviews&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;⁠Accompany agents on viewings when needed to ensure quality and conversion&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;⁠Foster a strong team culture focused on collaboration and performance&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;⁠Organize team meetings, training sessions, and events&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;⁠Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;⁠Proven experience in real estate in Malta (mandatory)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong sales skills, leadership and team management experiences&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;⁠Excellent communication and coaching abilities&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;⁠Social Media’s marketing knowledges is a plus&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Deep understanding of the local letting market&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Highly organized, driven, and target-oriented&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Professional appearance and attitude&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
