Role Overview
Our Client is seeking a Logistics Executive to oversee trailer delivery operations, ensuring the efficient, timely, and cost-effective movement of goods. This role focuses on maintaining high standards of client satisfaction, operational performance, and compliance while supporting smooth day-to-day logistics activity.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations Management: Coordinate and supervise trailer delivery activities to ensure punctual and efficient transport services.
• Planning & Scheduling: Prioritise and organise daily logistics tasks to support operational efficiency and meet delivery deadlines.
• Client Service: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring smooth communication and responsive service.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all operations follow internal procedures, regulatory requirements, and safety standards.
• Team Coordination: Support and guide team members involved in delivery and fleet activities to achieve strong operational performance.

Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes

• Education: Qualifications relevant to logistics, supply chain, operations, or a related field would be considered an asset.
• Experience: A strong background in logistics and supply chain management, including experience in coordinating transport or delivery operations.
• Language Skills: Excellent command of English is required to succeed in this role. The ability to communicate in Maltese would be an asset.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and support a positive team environment.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge related to fleet and equipment management, along with advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications.
• Organisation: Excellent organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-Motivated: Proactive approach to workload management and the ability to work under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.
• Problem-Solving: Capable of making sound decisions and addressing issues promptly to maintain smooth logistics operations.
