&lt;p&gt;As a &lt;strong&gt;Maintenance Person&lt;/strong&gt;, you’ll be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and repairing equipment and systems within the warehouse. Your work will be essential in minimizing downtime and ensuring a safe, efficient working environment.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h3&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/h3&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Perform regular maintenance checks.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and minor plumbing issues.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce equipment failure.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Assist with installation and setup of new equipment.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Collaborate with warehouse management to minimize operational disruptions.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;h3&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Role Requirements:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/h3&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Proven experience in maintenance roles, preferably in a warehouse or industrial setting.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Clean police conduct.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Able to work independently and take initiative.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Valid Driving Licence B.&lt;/li&gt;
