Marketing Executive

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Design artwork for all advertising materials, including print, digital, and event collateral, in line with franchise corporate identity.
• Generate, analyse, and present marketing reports on campaign performance, lead generation, and sales activity.
• Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events, sponsorships, and marketing activities from concept to completion.
• Prepare marketing budgets in collaboration with the Marketing Manager, ensuring expenditure aligns with financial targets.
• Check and approve marketing invoices, ensuring they fall within the allocated budget.
• Maintain strong relationships with media, agencies, and event organisers to maximise exposure opportunities.
• Draft and distribute press releases, promotional materials, and reports to media and stakeholders.
• Support the Marketing Manager in campaign planning and departmental administration, including report preparation.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with company policies, health and safety regulations, and franchise brand standards.
• Attend training, conferences, and meetings both locally and abroad as required.

Educational and skill requirements

• Knowledge of MS Office
• Diploma in Marketing will be considered an asset
• Prevous Experience required
• Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
• Sales and Marketing — Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
• English and Maltese Language — Knowledge of the structure and content of the English and Maltese language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
