St Mary’s Clinic is looking for a creative, organised Marketing Executive to manage marketing across St Mary’s Clinic and Redefine by St Mary’s Clinic. This is a hands-on role for someone who can plan campaigns, create content and follow through on the details.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating a monthly content calendar, then filming, editing, writing, scheduling and publishing content.
• Managing our social media channels and keeping website content accurate and up to date.
• Planning advertising campaigns, recommending budgets and monitoring performance.
• Improving our online visibility through SEO and maintaining our Google Business Profiles.
• Monitoring reviews and coordinating appropriate responses.
• Preparing a monthly report on enquiries, bookings, website traffic and advertising results.
• Planning newsletters and other patient communications with the relevant teams.
• Coordinating partnerships, sponsorships and promotional activities.
• Creating or coordinating brochures, campaign materials and event materials.
• Planning and coordinating internal staff events, external events and launches.
• Working with clinical and management teams to ensure treatment information, claims and patient imagery are approved before publication.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience creating and publishing digital content, including short-form video.
• Confidence with social media, website updates and content planning.
• A working knowledge of paid advertising, SEO and campaign reporting.
• Strong writing, organisational and communication skills.
• The ability to manage several projects from planning through to delivery.
• Experience in healthcare, aesthetics or beauty is an asset.
