Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day 1st & 2nd line support, escalating issues to third parties or vendors as needed.
• Install network-related hardware to maintain robust infrastructure.
• Perform terminations and testing of Cat5/6 cables.
• Patch copper, fiber, and telephone lines, ensuring accurate documentation of records.
• Configure network devices to optimize performance and security.
• Monitor network and system performance to ensure stability and operational efficiency for both SITA and client platforms.
• Collaborate with business/system owners to resolve any identified faults or errors promptly.
• Accurately log and update all activities and actions in the company CRM system.
• Maintain detailed documentation of the network inventory.
  
  Skills and Qualifications:
• Educational Background: Hold a recognized qualification in an Information and Communication Technology (ICT) related field.
• · Experience: Work experience in a network-related job is a plus.
• · Language Skills: Fluent English.
• · Technical Knowledge: Understand basic networking protocols.
• · Analytical Skills: Demonstrate excellent logical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• · Communication: Possess strong communication and writing skills.
• · Ownership: Be capable of taking ownership and responsibility for tasks.
• · Proactive Learning: Be a quick learner who can work independently and within a team environment.
• · Continuous Improvement: Show a willingness to learn about new systems and attend training courses/workshops.
• · Driving License: Hold a valid EU driving license (Category B).
