&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Provide day-to-day 1st &amp;amp; 2nd line support, escalating issues to third parties or vendors as needed.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Install network-related hardware to maintain robust infrastructure.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Perform terminations and testing of Cat5/6 cables.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Patch copper, fiber, and telephone lines, ensuring accurate documentation of records.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Configure network devices to optimize performance and security.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Monitor network and system performance to ensure stability and operational efficiency for both SITA and client platforms.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Collaborate with business/system owners to resolve any identified faults or errors promptly.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Accurately log and update all activities and actions in the company CRM system.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Maintain detailed documentation of the network inventory.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt; &lt;strong&gt;Skills and Qualifications:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Educational Background&lt;/strong&gt;: Hold a recognized qualification in an Information and Communication Technology (ICT) related field.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;· &lt;strong&gt;Experience&lt;/strong&gt;: Work experience in a network-related job is a plus.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;· &lt;strong&gt;Language Skills&lt;/strong&gt;: Fluent English.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;· &lt;strong&gt;Technical Knowledge:&lt;/strong&gt; Understand basic networking protocols.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;· &lt;strong&gt;Analytical Skills:&lt;/strong&gt; Demonstrate excellent logical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;· &lt;strong&gt;Communication&lt;/strong&gt;: Possess strong communication and writing skills.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;· &lt;strong&gt;Ownership&lt;/strong&gt;: Be capable of taking ownership and responsibility for tasks.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;· &lt;strong&gt;Proactive Learning:&lt;/strong&gt; Be a quick learner who can work independently and within a team environment.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;· &lt;strong&gt;Continuous Improvement&lt;/strong&gt;: Show a willingness to learn about new systems and attend training courses/workshops.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;· &lt;strong&gt;Driving License: &lt;/strong&gt;Hold a valid EU driving license (Category B).&lt;/li&gt;
