As part of IDEA Group, the College is seeking committed and experienced Full-time Lecturers to deliver modules on its Nursing programmes in Malta.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The Role&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;The Full-time Lecturer teaches and tutors students on Diploma, Bachelor&#039;s and Master&#039;s programmes in Nursing. The role suits a nursing professional who brings sector experience into the classroom, communicates clearly, and takes satisfaction in helping students develop as practitioners and academic writers.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Responsibilities&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Teaching:&lt;/strong&gt; Deliver lectures, tutorials, workshops and simulation practice sessions&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Module Delivery:&lt;/strong&gt; Teach modules across areas such as:Professional Development and Communication in Nursing&lt;br&gt;Health Promotion and Ill Health Prevention: the Nurse&#039;s Role&lt;br&gt;Ethical and Legal Issues in Healthcare&lt;br&gt;Research Methods and Evidence for Nursing Practice&lt;br&gt;Body Systems and Applied Life Science in Nursing Practice&lt;br&gt;Developing and Applying Knowledge and Skills for Nursing People with Long-term Conditions in the Community&lt;br&gt;Leadership and Management in Nursing Practice&lt;br&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Course Development:&lt;/strong&gt; Prepare and update course materials in line with programme learning outcomes&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Student Support:&lt;/strong&gt; Guide students through their studies, including support with academic writing&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Academic Contribution:&lt;/strong&gt; Take part in the College&#039;s wider academic activities&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What we&#039;re looking for&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A minimum of a Master&#039;s degree in a discipline related to the Nursing profession&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;At least 3 years&#039; work experience within the nursing or healthcare sector&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Previous lecturing experience and strong presentation skills are highly desirable&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A high standard of spoken and written English&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Experience in Healthcare Management or Healthcare Research is considered an asset&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
